Diagnosis. Body dorsoventrally depressed; prothorax with lateral tubercle postmedian, with acute apex; elytra with centrobasal crest; humeri projected anteriorly; hind legs elongated; mesofemora pedunculate, apex surpassing elytral apex in males, shorter in the females. Number of species currently included: 10; in Central America : 3.
