Bionomics: Univoltine. Moths flying from April to May. The species inhabits deserts and semideserts on medium elevations (700-1650 m). Larval host-plants are unknown.
Distribution: Saharo-Sindian. North and East Africa, Cyprus, Near East. – In Iran (Pl. 12, fig. 65) occurs in provinces Esfahan, Kerman and Hormozgan.
