Galeus gracilis Compagno & Stevens, 1993   —Slender sawtail catshark

STATUS AT MADANG. New record from Madang, based on a specimen collected by W.-J. Chen. NTUM material ( NTUM 10171).

DISTRIBUTION AND HABITAT. Eastern Indonesia and Papua   New Guinea to northern Australia. Bathydemersal, on soft bottoms, 290– 470 m. Marine.

Parmaturus lanatus Séret & Last, 2007   —Indonesian deep-water catshark STATUS AT MADANG. New record from Madang, based on specimens collected by W.-J. Chen. NTUM material ( NTUM 10202).

DISTRIBUTION AND HABITAT. Eastern Indonesia to Papua   New Guinea. Bathydemersal on soft bottoms, 840– 855 m. Marine.
