Current name: Silene behen L. View in CoL ( Caryophyllaceae ).

Note: Ghafoor (in Jafri & El-Gadi, Fl. Libya 59: 65. 1978) indicated “582.3” LINN as type. Presumably an error for either sheet 582.31 or 582.32, his statement nevertheless fails to distinguish between these two collections.
