According to Mineiro et al. (2012), dorsal shield of female smooth, 367 (337–412) long and 260 (228–292) wide. Setal lengths: j1 27 (24–32), j3 36 (33–39), j4 5, j5 5, j6 5, J2 7, J5 8 (7–9), z2 5, z4 5, z5 5, Z1 10, Z4 196 (170–213), Z5 413 (383–451), s4 150 (130–159), S2 10, S4 11 (10–13), S5 11 (10–13), r3 9 (5–12) and R1 9 (5–12). Peritreme extending to level of j1. Distances between st1–st3 69 (66–73), st2–st2 81 (78–85), st5–st5 86 (83–93). Ventrianal shield 120 (115–127) long, 89 (85–98) wide at level of Zv2. Spermathecal calyx saccular, flaring only slightly near vesicle, 27 (24–29) long; atrium c-shaped, subterminal. Fixed cheliceral digit 35 long, with 13 teeth; movable digit 36 long, with three teeth. Macrosetae of legs I–IV, sharp-tipped; SgeI 48 (42–54), SgeII 43 (41–46), SgeIII 67 (51–76), SgeIV 164 (153–173), StiIII 47 (44–51), StiIV 108 (98–120) and StIV 77 (63–95) .

Distribution in Brazil. São Paulo ( Mineiro et al., 2012).

Distribution elsewhere. Not reported.

Remarks. Species described from Brazil and known only from the type specimens. Observations of a paratype showed that pre-anal pores are elliptical instead of rounded, as mentioned in the original description.
