Amblyseius coffeae De Leon, 1961: 87 View in CoL .
Typhlodromus coffeae . — Hirschmann, 1962: 2.
Amblyseius coffeae View in CoL . — Moraes et al., 1986: 10, 2004b: 20; Chant & McMurtry, 2004a: 203, 2007: 78.
Amblyseius (Multiseius) coffeae View in CoL . — Denmark & Muma, 1989: 122.
Distribution in Brazil. Rio Grande do Sul ( Mecke et al., 2000) and Santa Catarina ( Fenilli & Flechtmann, 1990).
Distribution elsewhere. Colombia, India and Mexico.
Remarks. Brazilian specimens were not examined. Both reports were considered species affinis A. coffeae and, therefore, further analysis is required to confirm the presence of this species in the country. Given the uncertain identification, this species was not included in the key later provided in this publication.
