Dorsal shield of female mostly areolate, smooth posteriad J2 and striate anterolaterally, 356 (330–380) long and 209 (170–230) wide. Setal lengths: j1 31 (27–35), j3 43 (35–47), j4 10 (10–12), j5 11 (7–12), j6 15 (12–20), J2 13 (12–15), J5 8 (7–10), z2 17 (15–20), z4 38 (32–45), z5 10 (8–11), Z1 20 (17–27), Z4 60 (55–72), Z5 76 (67–85), s4 52 (42–62), S2 30 (25–35), S4 21 (18–27), S5 10 (7–12), r3 21 (17–25) and R1 17 (12–23). Peritreme extending to level of j1. Distances between st1–st3 65 (60–67), st2–st2 68 (65–72), st5–st5 81 (75–87). Ventrianal shield 111 (100–122) long, 69 (60–75) wide at level of Zv2 and 72 (67–77) at anus level. Spermathecal calyx tubular, 14 (12– 20) long; atrium nodular. Fixed cheliceral digit 27 (22–32) long, with 8–10 teeth; movable digit 34 (30–37) long, with three teeth. Macrosetae on legs I–IV, sharp-tipped, except SgeIV and StIV, capitate; SgeI 20 (17–22), SgeII 21 (17–30), SgeIII 26 (20–30), SgeIV 55 (47–60), StiIII 18 (15–22), StiIV 25 (20–30) and StIV 76 (55–80) .

Remarks. The measurements are similar to those of the original description of T. aripo , except for z4 and Z5, both about 1.3 times longer in the specimens examined.
