New material examined. 2 males: Singapore: 1 male, near Central Catchment Nature Reserve, along Venus Trail, secondary forest, coll. M. K. Tan, 25 July 2014; 1 male ( CIL.02.3.03, in alcohol), Central Catchment Nature Reserve, MacRitchie forest, near MacRitchie Nature Trail, disturbed forest, on leaf litter, coll. M. K. Tan, H. Yeo & R. W. J. Ngiam, 31 August 2014.

Remarks. Type material along with new material were examined for comparison with the other Micrornebius species.

Life history. Unlike the other Micrornebius species described here, Micrornebius kopisua tends to inhabit the leaf litter among leaves and plant parts near the ground ( Fig. 2 View FIGURE 2 ). They were not found to be hiding underneath tree bark so far.
