Collection and habitat data.
Klimaszewski et al. (2007b) reported this species as abundant in yellow birch forests in Quebec. The specimens from New Brunswick were collected from gilled mushrooms in a black spruce forest with Populus sp. and in a black spruce, balsam fir, and eastern white cedar forest. One individual was captured in a Lindgren funnel trap deployed in an old-growth, northern hardwood forest. Adults were collected during May, June, and August in New Brunswick.
