DISSIMILIS LINNAEUS OF CRAMER, 1775 View in CoL

Pap[ilio] Nymph[alis] Phal[eratus] dissimilis, Cramer, 1775: 129 , 152, pl.82, figs C, D [original plate 88, figs B, B]. China (‘Il faut qu’il soit fort commun en Chine puisqu’on en trouve dans presque toutes les petites caisses que l’on recoit de la Pais’) [it must be said that it is very common in China, since it is found in nearly all the little cases that I have received from that country].

Papilio Eques View in CoL Trojanus dissimilis, Stoll, 1782b: 2 [No. 47].

Material examined. 1 ♂, with van Lennep label ‘ No. 47. DISSIMILIS. Cr. I. 82. D.’ ( BMNH (E)#665045) is a good match for original plate 88, figs B, B; it has clearly been re-pinned .

Identity. Chilasa (s.s.) clytia (Linnaeus, 1758).
