Comments
A male individual was captured in a harp-trap set across an old logging skid at Tabalar. Murina suilla is the smallest of the Bornean Murina and can also be recognised externally by fur colour. This species is con- sidered a forest specialist ( Kingston et al., 2003), and has been recorded in harp-trap surveys throughout Sabah and at a few lo- calities in Sarawak. There are few records from Kalimantan, most likely because of limited use of harp-traps.
