Comments
Three individuals were captured in harp- traps set in forest at Tabalar and Tintang for- mations. This species is a medium-sized Kerivoula distinguished by skull size, ear length (always longer than K. intermedia and K. minuta ) and uniform grey fur colour. Specimens collected at Tabalar are smaller in size (FA 29.7–30.2 mm) than those listed from Sabah (32–34 mm) by Payne et al. (2000) and Central Kalimantan (30.7–33.2 mm) by Struebig et al. (2006 b). This species has been recorded from scattered localities in all of the Bornean states and is considered a forest specialist ( Boitani et al., 2006).
