REMARKS
Lophoturus , reassessed genus (Condé & Nguyen Duy-Jacquemin 1977: 909-911), is a senior synonym of Alloproctinus , replacement name for Alloproctus ; it is characterized by zero to four pairs of linguiform processes on each side of median opening of labrum and antennal article VI with three thick sensilla ( Ishii et al. 1999: key, p. 252) named anterior (a), intermediate (i) and posterior (p).
