The spina species-group

The spina species-group comprises 3 species. It is characterised by the following 2 character states:

- fultura superior with a small to large dorsal process displaced to base of right arm, otherwise Yshaped with long narrow arms, fused medially with tegumen and ventrally with juxta-anellus plate; and

- pollex prominently asymmetrical; right pollex longer than ampulla, transformed into a massive curved spine; left pollex also dissimilar to those of other species in genus.
