Type material examined. AUSTRALIA: Western Australia: Holotype: Lea, TYPE / longus / Bunbury // 20429 / Diochus / longus Lea / W. Australia / TYPE // SAMA Database / No. 25-035652 ( SAM, only photographs of the type available).
Diagnosis. Both this species and D. slipinskii sp. nov. exhibit short antennae, yet antennomeres 3−8 are notably transverse and darker in color in this species ( Fig 7 View FIGURE 7 ).
Distribution. Western Australia.
