Epilachna glochinosa Pang et Mao, 1979 ( Figs. 9 a–i)

Specimens examined. Hunan: Wulingshanm Tianzishan Nat.res. , 1997.vi.16–18, Bolm (1, NHMB). Yunnan: Weishan , 1992.vi.22–25, D Král (1, NHMB).

Remarks. This species is very similar to E. concuongensis Hoàng, 1978 and E. hopeiana Miyatake, 1985 and their potential synonymy needs further investigation. Original illustrations of male genitalia of these species are practically identical. Elytral spots at base are connected in E. concuongensis and E. hopeiana but separated in E. glochinosa and in our specimens ( Figs. 9 a–c).
