Description. In external appearance and coloration similar to species of nominotypical subgenus. Penis stem gradually tapering towards apex, not flattened laterally, with two lateral lamellar expansions ( Fig. 246 View FIGURES 228–247 ). Male anal collar without appendages; the latter fused with upper margin of pygofer and looks like additional tooth on pygofer lobe ( Fig. 247 View FIGURES 228–247 ). Pygofer lobe gradually tapering towards apex.

Biology. In Transbaikalia we collected A. (Oe.) kerzhneri at the end of June on steppe slopes on Spiraea aquilegifolia (Rosaceae) . According to Emelyanov (1987), males of this species are very rare.

Calling signal. Unknown.

Distribution. Eastern Transbaikalia (Chita Oblast, the Talacha River Valley near the confluence with the Ingoda River, 10 km West of Urul’ga Village; new record), Amur Oblast, Mongolia (only females).
