Description. Body robust, ground color yellow-brownish; vertex with pair of large black spots on sides of coronal suture; basal triangles on scutum black; forewing brown, with some areas sordid white, brochosome field sallow. Vertex with anterior margin parallel to posterior margin; coronal suture deeply incised ( Figs 1–3, 7 View FIGURES 1 – 11. 1, 4, 8 ). Face convex in side view, frontoclypeal area and anteclypeus broad, anteclypeus somewhat pentagonal; lorum large ( Figs 8–11 View FIGURES 1 – 11. 1, 4, 8 ). Pronotum as wide as vertex, hind margin slightly concave ( Figs 1–3, 7 View FIGURES 1 – 11. 1, 4, 8 ). Forewing with four apical cells almost equal in length and width; hind wing venation as usual for Erythroneurini ( Figs 32, 33 View FIGURES 32 - 43 ).

Basal abdominal apodemes small, extended slightly beyond 3rd sternite ( Figs 12 View FIGURES 12 - 22 , 34 View FIGURES 32 - 43 ).

Male pygofer side with caudo-ventral margin membranous; setosity poorly developed, consisting of few feeble microsetae in row on dorsal margin and some slim microsetae scattered in center; dorsal appendage jointed with dorsal half of inner part of pygofer lobe, tapering towards apex and curved dorsad. Subgenital plate extended beyond hind margin of pygofer side, broadened basally or subbasally, distal part compressed laterally and curved dorsad; provided with irregular rows of thickened marginal microsetae subbasally and row of rigid marginal microsetae from subbase to apex, with some microsetae scattered on distal half, macrosetae small. Style distinctive, basal part short and central part long, with some microsetae and sensory papilla subapically and row of microsetae subbasally; apical part divided into two branches, dorsal branch with oblique furrows, apical tooth short and subapical tooth long, ventral branch stick-like, with wave-like furrows, obtuse and bent. Connective lamellate, with two arms long, central lobe extremely small or indistinctive. Aedeagal shaft tubular, ornamented with minute teeth apically, with either single bifurcate process dorsally at midlength or pair of ventrobasal processes; preatrium short to long; gonopore apical.

Etymology. The new genus is named for Dr. Irena Dworakowska in recognition of her prominent taxonomic work of Typhlocybinae worldwide. The gender is feminine.

Diagnosis. Externally similar to Singapora Mahmood, 1967 and Cerneura Grauri, 1978 in body form and wing venation; subgenital plate and style mostly resembling those of Cerneura Grauri , but color pattern much darker and with pair of large black spots on vertex, vertex with anterior margin less angulate, pygofer dorsal appendage much longer and curved dorsad, subgenital plate with microsetae scattered on distal half and style with much longer apical ventral branch rather than fine spur. 4th apical cell of forewing subequally in length to other three; setosity of pygofer lobe rudimentary; base of pygofer dorsal appendage shifted ventrally; style with apical dorsal branch of common shape for Erythroneurini , ventral branch stick-like and curved, almost as long as the dorsal one; aedeagal shaft ornamented with minute teeth apically.
