3. Irenaneura longiprocessa sp. nov. ( Figs 3, 6, 10 , 32–43 )

Description: Vertex light brownish. Face with central apical part of frontoclypeal area and areas along lateral frontal sutures orange; sides of frontoclypeal area and apical 2/3 of anteclypeus darkened. Pronotum brown with hind margin lightened. Mesonotum red-brownish. Forewing light brown, with central part and 1st, 2nd and 4th apical cells sordid whitish ( Figs 3, 6, 10 ).

Male dorsal appendage moderately curved dorsad, apical part slightly twisted ( Fig. 36 ). Subgenital plate broadened basally; with 2 rows of thickened microsetae at subbasal margin, inner row pointed, outer row blunt ( Fig. 38 ). Style apical dorsal branch with subapical tooth long; ventral branch long; basal part slim ( Figs 39, 40 ). Connective lamellate, with manubrium long, central lobe indistinct ( Fig. 41 ). Aedeagal shaft broadened medially and narrowing towards both ends in caudal view, with sparse minute teeth distally; with pair of preatrial processes S-shaped in profile, subequally in length to shaft; dorsal apodeme well developed, preatrium short ( Figs 42, 43 ).

Measurement: Male length 3.5mm (including wing).

Material examined: Holotype: 3, CHINA, Yunnan Prov., Mengyuan, Sanchahe, 950m, 20-xii-1999, coll. I. Dworakowska. Paratype: 3, same data as holotype.

Diagnosis: Distinguished mainly by the reduced number of minute teeth on distal part of aedeagal shaft, and pair of long unbranched preatrial processes.

Etymology: The specific epithet is derived from Latin prefix “longi-” and Latin word “processus” which refers to the long, slim aedeagal preatrial processes.
