Distribution: India: Assam, Karnataka, Meghalaya, Sikkim, Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh and West Bengal. Elsewhere: China, Korea, Japan, Sumatra, Borneo and Peninsular Malaya ( Smetacek, 1994, Chandra, et al., 2014).

Host Plant: Robinia pseudocasia , Pongamia pinnata , Millettia atropurpurea , Pterocarpus marsupium (Robinson, et al., 2001).
