Typical material examined. Holotype of Anterhynchium uniforme : “R.S.A.—KwazuluNatal / Tembe Elephant Park, 50m / Ndumo, S27°022, E32°23’ / leg. M.Halada, 10.1.2008 // Anterhynchium / uniforme nov.spec. / J.Gusenleitner,det.2012 / Holotypus // Biologiezentrum Linz / Austria (LI) / ex Coll. J. & M. Halada / Eingang 2008” ( OLML). GoogleMaps
Distribution. South Africa ( Gusenleitner 2012).
Remarks. This species was described as Anterhynchium uniforme by Gusenleitner (2012), but examination of the holotype showed that this species should be transferred to the genus Antodynerus . The characters that justify this new placement are: translucent margin at apex of T1, metanotum seen from above semicircular and tegula exceeding parategula.
Pictures of the holotype are available at ZOBODAT (2022a).
