MATERIAL EXAMINED. 2 Ƌ, Beloostrov, 5.vii.1980 ( V. Prasolov ); 2 Ƌ, Nov. Devyatkino , 12.vii.2012; 1 ♀ , W env. of Luga, 25.vii.2012.

REMARKS. This species inhabits various meadows, roadsides. Among the recent findings of H. ahenella there are findings near Taivan (29.vi.2012), Khyul’gyuzi (18.vii.2015) and Sinyavino (17.vi.2020). Not rare.

DISTRIBUTION. The Palaearctic ( Sinev 1986; Karsholt & Razowski 1996; Leraut 2014; Koçak & Kemal 2018; Sinev et al. 2019).
