MATERIAL EXAMINED. 1 ♀, Olshanik, 16.viii.2012; 1 Ƌ, Volochaevka, 8.viii.2015.
REMARKS. D. abietella was also observed in Khyul’gyuzi (20.vii.2015), Luga (23.vii.2015) and A. Petrovoj, (29.
vii.2012). It is a common species of woodland which prefers forest edges, well heated places: river valleys, fields, clearings etc. Imagoes actively migrate in open habitats.
DISTRIBUTION. Europe (middle belt and the northern areas), Caucasus, Siberia, Russian Far East, Korea, Japan ( Sinev 1986; Karsholt & Razowski 1996; Leraut 2014; Aarvik et al. 2017; Sinev et al. 2019).
