MATERIAL EXAMINED. 1 ♀, Staryj Petergof (A. Stekolnikov); 2 ♀, St. Petersburg, 19.ix.1937, 17.xi.1980; 1 Ƌ, St. Petersburg, confectionary, 16.xi.1960 (A. Zagulyaev); 1 Ƌ, St. Petersburg, 5.vi.1963 (Tsyganenko); 1 Ƌ, Privetnenskoe, 3.viii.1965 ( Pastukhov ) .
REMARKS. Imagoes are found in buildings or near them all the year round (in food factories, stores, flats etc.). Some records don’t refer to anthropogenic biotopes. So, I. Kozhanchikov (1958) noted, that a specimen had been taken from sandy hills overgrown with heather (Komarovo, 9.vii.1955).
DISTRIBUTION. A transcontinental synanthropic species.
