Synonym: Teliocrinus springeri Oji, 1990: 423 .
Diagnosis: A species with arm divisions usually at IBr2ax and IIBr2ax. Syzygies or synostoses at IIBr2+3, 3+4, 10+11, or 13+14. Distal arm: with rudimentary pinnules either restricted or absent. Number of internodals per noditaxis: between 7 and 9 or between 10 and 12. Stalk symplexy with up to 5 crenulae per petaloid zone. Cirrus socket: large, over the entire height of nodal.
Occurrence: From late Early to early Middle Miocene of Japan (Yamami Formation, Morozaki Group).
Remark: If the presumed arm transverse synarthries are not confirmed, this species should be transferred to the genus Endoxocrinus .
