SYNONYMS: aethiopicus F. Cuvier, 1821 ; atys Andebert, 1797 ; collaris Gray, 1843 ; crossi Gray, 1843 ; fuliginosus E. Geoffroy, 1812 ; lunulatus Temminick, 1853 .
