Distribution: Along the Atlantic coastal states from NJ to FL to TX, with somewhat disjunct records from KY and IL. The two Kentucky specimens are from the eastern half of the state ( Interior Plateau and Central Appalachians; Map 078).

Comments: Generally considered to be uncommon, it appears to be most commonly collected in central FL. Attracted to lights.
