Diagnosis.
Basal carina of inner side of hind tibia long and slightly sinuate (Fig. 10 View Figures 2–13 ); occipital carina present laterally; hypoclypeal depression distinct (Fig. 7 View Figures 2–13 ); clypeus obtuse and truncate ventrally; malar sulcus absent; mandible normal and triangular; pronope absent and obsolescent (Fig. 8 View Figures 2–13 ); precoxal sulcus finely crenulate or smooth (Fig. 4 View Figures 2–13 ); medio-posterior depression of mesoscutum rather small or absent (Fig. 5 View Figures 2–13 ); areola of propodeum distinct and with medio-longitudinal carina (Fig. 9 View Figures 2–13 ); second submarginal cell of fore wing elongated (Fig. 2 View Figures 2–13 ); vein m-cu of fore wing postfurcal; ovipositor sheath with very long setae (Fig. 6 View Figures 2–13 ).
Distribution.
Palaearctic [ China, Japan (new record), South Korea] and Oriental ( China).
