Distribution. A widely distributed Holarctic species, also occurring in India (Jammu and Kashmir) ( Chen & Lindskog 1994, Lindskog 1995, Vinokurov 2012a, Aukema et al. 2013, Baužys 2013). New species record for Afghanistan.
