Diagnosis. Wingspan ♂ 20–22 mm. C. peregrina differs from congeners by having the forewing of male with indistinct one dark spot in cell and two dark spots in discocellular; hindwing white tinged with red, elliptical dark patch in costa; in male genitalia, valvae rectangular, rounded apex; saccular process stout, with short apical spine, almost same length as valvae; aedeagus short, stout, and vesica with one group of longer spines and scobination.

Distribution. Cambodia (Kep), Sri Lanka, India, Thailand.
Remarks. Only males had been collected up to now. This species was reported from Cambodia by Candѐze (1927).
