Diagnosis. Wingspan ♂ 34–38 mm, ♀ 39–42 mm. This species shows extreme sexual dimorphism. C. javanica differs from congeners by having the forewing of male with acute angle below apex; post medial line forked at costa; two vertical, dark discoidal spots; forewing of female with antemedial and postmedial lines edged dark; one dark discoidal spot; in male genitalia, apex of valvae asymmetrically bifurcated, upper process irregular, broader than lower process, lower process slender, apex blunted; saccular process tapered, with sharply curved, short apical spine; distal end of aedeagus sclerotized, ringed with band of longer spines, and vesica with scobination; in female genitalia, corpus bursae globular, wrinkled near cervix of bursae, with large to small, irregular, two signa at center of bursae.

Distribution. Cambodia (Kep, Mondulkiri, Pursat, Samkos, Seima), Myanmar, India, Sumatra, Java, Bali, Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore.

Remarks. This species was reported from Cambodia by Bae et al. (2012).
