Distribution.
Known from Ecuador and Peru ( Fig. 5B View Figure 5 ). Endemism areas: Brazilian sub-region: Boreal Brazilian dominion: Napo province; South Brazilian dominion: Rondônia and Yungas provinces (see Morrone 2014; fig. 12).
