Etymology. The species is named after Zhang Shun, one of the 108 outlaws in the classical Chinese literature Outlaws of the Marsh; noun in apposition.
Diagnosis. The male of the new species is similar to that of L. chishuiensis by the largest dorsal spine serrated, but it can be distinguished by having the strong spines on the retrolateral tibial apophysis extended further than the tip of the retrolateral tibial apophysis (vs. almost equal).
Description. Male (holotype). Total length 2.75, carapace 1.19 long, 0.96 wide, opisthosoma 1.56 long, 1.12 wide. Eye sizes and interdistances: AME absent, ALE 0.10, PME 0.10, PLE 0.05, ALE–ALE 0.12, PME–PME 0.08, PME–PLE 0.04, ALE–PME 0.09, ALE–PLE 0.01. Chelicerae with 4 promarginal and 5 retromarginal teeth. Leg measurements: I 4.39 (1.25, 1.52, 0.99, 0.63), II 3.90 (1.11, 1.31, 0.89, 0.59), III 3.23 (0.94, 1.02, 0.79, 0.48), IV 3.69 (1.05, 1.25, 0.88, 0.51).
Coloration ( Fig. 6 View Figure 6 ). Carapace black to brown. Chelicerae brown. Endites and labium yellowish brown. Sternum brown. Legs yellowish brown with black setae. Opisthosoma oval, with black anchor-shaped pattern, venter without distinct pattern. Spinnerets short, gray.
Palp ( Fig. 5 View Figure 5 ). Femur almost 3 times longer than patella. Patella with dorsal spine. Tibia with small spine, dorsally with a strong, serrated spine. Retrolateral tibial apophysis curved, tip with a strong spine. Cymbium pyriform. Sperm duct curved at base. Tegular apophysis directed posteriorly, tip curved, base of tegular apophysis with sheet apophysis. Embolus filiform, originating at approximately 10:00-o’clock-position.
Female. Unknown.
Material examined. Holotype ♂ (IZCAS-Ar44792), China: Hainan, Wuzhishan City, Wuzhi Mountain , 20.I.2022, Fan Gao leg.
Distribution. Known only from the type locality.
