Diagnosis. See diagnosis of the species Gushangzao goemon Lin & Li , sp. nov.
Description. See Zhu (1998).
Types. Holotype ♀ and paratypes 5♂ 4♀, China: Shaanxi, Baoji City, Mei Co., Taibai Mt , 12.VII.1991 ( MHBU, not examined).
Material examined. 4♂ 4♀, China: Sichuan, Guangyuan City , Qingchuan Co., Tangjiahe National Nature Reserve , Motianling (32.6315°N, 104.8403°E, elev. 1807 m), 2.X.2019, Yejie Lin and Tongyao Jiang leg. GoogleMaps
Distribution. China (Shaanxi, Sichuan, Hunan).
Comments. The membranous spermathecae and fertilization ducts attached by a Y-shaped sclerotized structure indicate that this species belongs to Gushangzao Lin & Li , gen. nov. Thus, we transfer it from Dipoena Thorell, 1869 to Gushangzao Lin & Li , gen. nov. and as a new combination.
Habitat. Living on the web of Psechrus sp. ( Psechridae Simon, 1890 )
