Albania, Algeria, Armenia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Azores, Bulgaria, China, Egypt, Estonia, France, Germany, Hungary, Iran, Israel, Italy, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Malta, Moldova, Mongolia, Morocco, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Syria, Tunisia, Turkey, Ukraine, “ Yugoslavia ”.

Remarks. First record from Saudi Arabia found in this study is by Dawah & Abdullah (2005).
