Elampus medanae du Buysson in Magretti, 1890: 531. Lectotype ♀, designated by Rosa 2009: 244; Lebanon: Aley (MSNG).

Material examined. Lectotype and paralectotype, Mt. Lebanon: Aley , 800 m, viii.1889, 2♀, leg. A. Medana ( MSNG) .

Distribution. Turkey, Iran, Syria, Lebanon ( Farhad et al. 2018).
