Type locality: “western Nevada ” (probably vi-

cinity of Lake Tahoe, Reno, or Carson City).

USA: CA, NV.

Note. An undescribed species is also known, undetermined specimens are also from CA (Peck and Cook 2013b), and an unconfirmed record from BC was reported by Hatch (1957).
