Biology. Adults occur from mid-April to mid-July at elevations of 600 to 900 m.
Distribution. S Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan.
Remarks. B. zonula can be separated externally from B. pseudozonula by its darker forewing color. The male genitalia ( Fig. 11 View FIGURES 11–14 ) are characterised by a long valvella. The female genitalia ( Fig. 15 View FIGURES 15–17 ) resemble those of B. pseudozonula but differ in the shape of signum (for details see the diagnosis for B. pseudozonula ).
