Type:— Prangos eriantha (Candolle) Lyskov & Pimenov.

Flowers nearly sessile; mericarps elliptic or elongated, covered with nonbranching simple hairs; ribs straight, obtuse; two large commissural vascular bundles presented in “epimesocarp”. Monotypic section.
