Geographic Location: BC: Vancouver Is., Mt. Cain ( Fagan et al. 2005); Campbell River, Montane Alternative Silvicultural Systems site, elevation 740–850m; Upper Carmanah Valley drainage (Behan- Pelletier et al. 2002); Walbran Valley (Lindo 2010).

Habitats: Canopy of Abies amabilis , Picea sitchensis and Western redcedar.

Distribution: Canada.
