Geographic Location: AK: Northern and northwestern coastal plain; Brooks Range; Fairbanks Region; Chugach Mtns; Kenai Peninsula ( Behan 1978a); YT: Coastal Plain; Richardson Mtns ( Behan-Pelletier 1997b); NT: Tuktoyaktuk ( Behan 1978a); NU: Keewatin ( Behan 1978a); AB: peatlands ( Behan-Pelletier & Bissett 1994); Wagner Natural Area, 8km W Edmonton, 53°34’N, 113°47’W, fen ( Finnamore 1994); ABMI Sites; Moose Pasture Research Site ( Walter et al. 2014); ABMI Sites ( Meehan et al. 2019); 35 km north of Fort McMurray ( McAdams et al. 2018); MB: Churchill ( Hammer 1952a, 1955b).

Habitats: Tussock tundra; boreal forest with White spruce, Black spruce, Jack pine and Trembling aspen; peatlands.

Distribution: Holarctic.
