Geographic Location and Habitats: ON: Normandale Valley; Backus Woods Conservation Area, 42°39’N, 80°28’W, base of decaying tree stump in Sugar maple-oak forest ( Niedbała 2002); QC: Aylmer, mixed forest litter ( Niedbała 2007b).
Distribution: Nearctic.
