Hybos hainanensis Yang, 2008: 620 View in CoL . Type locality: China: Hainan, Wuzhishan.
Diagnosis. Arista bare. Legs yellow except hind knee, base of hind tibia blackish and tarsomeres 3–5 dark brown. Hind tibiae without ad setae but with a long thin setula at middle. Left epandrial lobe with 4 long strong spine-like setae. Hypandrium furcate apically.
Specimens examined. 4 males, 2 females, VIETNAM: Thua Thien Hué, ca. 150 m, Malaise trap 11, 23.III. –6.IV.1999, C. van Achterberg.
Distribution. China (Hainan), Vietnam (Thua Thien Hué).
