Description of Female. Fully winged; length 2.1–2.9 mm. Head black, except mandible testaceous (in specimen from China, Taiwan, Taipei, head brown–reddish); antenna brown, except segments 1–3 testaceous (in specimens from China, Naban River National Nature Reserve, antenna completely testaceous); mesosoma black; metasoma brown; legs testaceous. Antenna clavate; antennal segments of holotype in following proportions: 9:6:7:5:4.5:5:5:4 (last two segments missing); antennal segments of specimen from China, Taiwan, Taipei, in following proportions: 9:5:8:4.5:4:4:4.5:4.5:5:6.5. Head dull, reticulate rugose, except for smooth area in front of anterior ocellus; frontal line almost complete (not present only near clypeus) (in specimens from China, Naban River National Nature Reserve, frontal line complete); face with two lateral keels near orbits directed towards antennal toruli; POL = 5; OL = 3; OOL = 5; OPL = 2; TL = 2; occipital carina complete. In specimens from Taiwan head smooth, only with anterior half of face reticulate rugose. In specimen from China, Naban River National Nature Reserve, head almost completely smooth, finely punctate, unsculptured among punctures, except vertex rugose and small areolae along orbits. Pronotum dull, reticulate rugose, with posterior surface approximately as long as anterior surface and shorter than scutum (5:12); pronotal tubercle reaching tegulae. Scutum, scutellum and metanotum shiny, smooth, finely punctate, unsculptured among punctures. Notauli incomplete, reaching approximately 0.4–0.6 length of scutum. Propodeum with strong transverse keel between dorsal and posterior surface; dorsal surface reticulate rugose; posterior surface with two complete longitudinal keels and median area as rugose as lateral areas. Fore wing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; distal part of stigmal vein much shorter than proximal part (3:10). Protarsal segments in following proportions: 6.5:2:2.5:4.5:13. Enlarged claw ( Plate 17G View PLATE 17 ) with proximal prominence bearing one long bristle. Segment 5 of protarsus ( Plate 17G View PLATE 17 ) with two rows of approximately 14–20 lamellae; distal apex with about 4–9 lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
