Description of female (Plate 28D). Fully winged; length 2.2–3.7 mm. Body with colour very variable, from completely testaceous, except petiole black, to completely black, except legs, antenna and anterior half of face testaceous; many specimens with some regions of thorax and propodeum partly black and partly testaceous or reddish; in specimens from Sulawesi legs and prothorax almost completely whitish; in females from China, Mt. Ziboshan, head completely black, except mandible testaceous; in specimens from China, Guanyinshan Provincial Nature Reserve, head black, except mandible, clypeus and anterior third of face testaceous; in holotype of A. hilare, head black, except anterior half of face, clypeus and mandible testaceous. Antenna clavate; antennal segments of holotype of A. hilare in following proportions: 10:7:14:10:10:11:10:9:9:14; antennal segments of holotype of A. javanum in following proportions: 9:5:8:8:7:6:6:6:6:9; in specimen from China, Liping National Forest Park, antennal segment 9 about four times as long as broad. Head shiny, strongly punctate, unsculptured among punctures; frontal line complete (in specimen from China, Mt. Zijiushan, frontal line incomplete, only shortly present in front of anterior ocellus); face with two slight lateral keels situated near orbits; occipital carina complete; holotype of A. javanum with POL = 3; OL = 3; OOL = 4; OPL = 3.5; TL = 4.5; OPL slightly longer than greatest breadth of posterior ocelli. Holotype of A. hilare with POL = 4; OL = 4; OOL = 7.5; OPL = 5.5; TL = 8. In specimen from China, Guanyinshan Provincial Nature Reserve, POL = 4; OL = 3; OOL = 6; OPL = 4; TL = 7; greatest breadth of posterior ocelli shorter than OPL (2.5:4). Pronotum shiny, rugose, with posterior surface flat, as long as, or slightly longer than scutum (13:11); pronotal tubercle reaching tegula. Scutum shiny, smooth, finely punctate, unsculptured among punctures. Notauli usually incomplete, reaching approximately 0.65–0.90 length of scutum; notauli rarely complete and posteriorly separated. Scutellum and metanotum shiny, smooth, unsculptured. Propodeum with strong transverse keel between dorsal and posterior surface; dorsal surface reticulate rugose; posterior surface with two complete longitudinal keels; median area of posterior surface of propodeum as rugose as lateral areas; occasionally median area shiny and smooth, not rugose. Fore wing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; distal part of stigmal vein much shorter than proximal part (3:11). In specimen from China, Guanyinshan Provincial Nature Reserve, distal part of stigmal vein slightly shorter than proximal part (8:11). Protarsal segments of holotype of A. hilare in following proportions: 8:2.5:4:16:28. Protarsal segments of holotype of A. javanum in following proportions: 6:2:2:10:19. In specimen from China, Guanyinshan Provincial Nature Reserve, protarsal segments in following proportions: 8:2.5:3:14:21. Enlarged claw (Plate 29A) with proximal prominence bearing one long bristle. Segment 5 of protarsus (Plate 29A) with basal part much shorter than distal part (5:14), with one–two rows of 17–32 lamellae; distal apex with about three–five lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.

Description of Male. Fully winged; usual length 1.9–3.0 mm; length of male from Myanmar, Kambaiti, 3.6 mm. Head black, except mandible testaceous; antenna brown, except segments 1–2 testaceous (occasionally antenna totally testaceous-dark); mesosoma and metasoma black; legs completely testaceous or partly black (in holotype of A. corax, legs testaceous, except hind coxa basally black). Antenna filiform; in specimen from China, Hainan, Mt. Yinggeling, antennal segments in following proportions: 8:4:4.5:4:4:4.5:4:4:4:7.5; in holotype of A. corax, antennal segments in following proportions: 12:8:11:10:10:10:10:11:10:12. Head shiny, smooth, strongly punctate, unsculptured among punctures; occasionally head with vertex sculptured by few areolae; frontal line complete; POL = 5; OL = 3; OOL = 5; OPL = 2; TL = 3; occipital carina complete. Holotype of A. corax with POL = 5; OL = 3; OOL = 7.5; OPL = 3.5; TL = 5. Scutum shiny, smooth, finely punctate, unsculptured among punctures. Notauli incomplete, reaching approximately 0.6–0.8 length of scutum. Scutellum and metanotum shiny, smooth, unsculptured or finely punctate. Propodeum reticulate rugose, with transverse keel between dorsal and posterior surface; posterior surface with two longitudinal keels and median area as rugose as lateral areas. Fore wing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; distal part of stigmal vein much shorter than proximal part (5:10; 8: 12 in holotype of A. corax). Paramere (Plate 29B) without distal inner pointed process and with or without dorsal proximal membranous process. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.

Remarks. Anteon corax Olmi, A. javanum Olmi and A. serratum Xu & He are considered synonyms following a comparison of the types. They were considered good species only because included by Olmi (1984) in different zoogeographical regions (Oriental and Palaearctic).
