Description of Female. Fully winged; length 2.0– 3.1 mm. Head black, except mandible testaceous; antenna completely brown, or with segments 1–2 or 1–5 testaceous; mesosoma and metasoma black; legs brown, except tarsi and protibia testaceous; occasionally legs testaceous, except metacoxa partly brown; occasionally legs testaceous, except coxae, clubs of femora and tibiae partly brown or blackish. Antenna short, clavate; antennal segments in following proportions: 12:4:5:5:5:5:4:5:5:8. Head dull, granulated, with more or less numerous areolae or irregular keels; face with or without lateral keels near orbits directed towards antennal toruli; frontal line present; occipital carina complete; POL, OL, OOL, OPL, TL variable; temple present. Pronotum dull, rugose, with posterior surface short, shorter than scutum (4:18); pronotal tubercle reaching tegula. Scutum dull, granulated and reticulate rugose; occasionally scutum completely granulated, or granulated and punctate. Notauli incomplete, reaching approximately 0.3–0.5 length of scutum. Scutellum and metanotum shiny, smooth, without sculpture, or rugose. Propodeum reticulate rugose, with strong transverse keel between dorsal and posterior surface; posterior surface without longitudinal keels. Fore wing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; distal part of stigmal vein shorter than proximal part (3:8). Protarsal segments in following proportions: 9:2:2:2:8. Segment 4 of protarsus produced into hook. Enlarged claw (Plate 31B) with proximal prominence bearing one long bristle. Segment 5 of protarsus (Plate 31B) with one row of one–four lamellae, in addition to many bristles; distal apex with one–three lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
Description of Male. Fully winged; length 1.6–3.0 mm. Head black, except mandible testaceous; antenna brown or black; mesosoma and metsaoma black; legs brown, except tarsi and protibia testaceous. Antenna filiform; antennal segments in following proportions: 12:6:7:8:8:8:8:8:7:12. Head dull, granulated, with more or less numerous areolae or irregular keels; face with or without lateral keels near orbits directed towards antennal toruli; frontal line present; POL = 8; OL = 4; OOL = 7; OPL = 3; TL = 4; occipital carina complete. Scutum dull or shiny, smooth, unsculptured, or punctate and unsculptured among punctures; occasionally scutum slightly or strongly granulated, mainly on anterior surface. Notauli incomplete, reaching approximately 0.3–0.5 length of scutum. Scutellum and metanotum shiny, smooth, unsculptured. Propodeum reticulate rugose, with strong transverse keel between dorsal and posterior surface; posterior surface usually without longitudinal keels; occasionally posterior surface with two distinct longitudinal keels and median area as rugose as lateral areas. Most part of specimens from Kuril Archipelago, Matua Island, with two distinct longitudinal keels on posterior surface of propodeum. Fore wing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; stigmal vein forming an angle between distal and proximal part; distal part of stigmal vein shorter than proximal part (3:9). Male genitalia (Plate 31C, D) without distal inner process and without membranous proximal process. Paramere in lateral view with distal apex narrow or broad, pointed or rounded, occasionally with intermediate characters. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.

Palaearctic: A. jurineanum is broadly spread in the Palaearctic, where it is known from the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, China, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Mongolia, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia (including Siberia , Kamchatka, Sakhalin Island and Kuril Archipelago ), Slovenjia , Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Turkmenistan, United Kingdom ( Olmi , 1984, 1994, 1999a; He & Xu, 2002). Kim et al., 2012, have also quoted this species from South Korea (1♂ from Gangwon-do , Donghae-si , Samhwa-dong , Mureung Valley , 15.VII–1.VIII.2005, Malaise trap, J.W. Lee leg.) . In the Palaearctic Provinces of China A. jurineanum is known from the following localities: Hebei, Zhangjiakou, Xiaowutaishan Provincial Nature Reserve , 20–22.VIII.2005, Jingxian Liu & Liqiong Weng leg., 2♀♀ ( SCAU) ; Liaoning, Fuxin , 20.VII.1995, VI–VII.1992, Juxian Lou leg., many ♂ ( ZJUC) ; Liaoning, Shenyang City , VI–VII.1992, Juxian Lou leg. , 1♀ ( ZJUC) ; Shandong, Mt. Taishan , 10.VI.1996, Weian Xu leg. , 1♂ ( ZJUC) ; Ningxia Hui Nationality Autonomous Region, Jingyuan, Mt. Liupanshan , Hongshan Forest Farm, 1–2.VII.2008, Jiemin Yao leg. , 1♂ ( SCAU) ; Shandong, Shanghe , 5♀♀ and 5♂ ( ZJUC) .

(glaucescens Fieber?) ( Guglielmino & Olmi, 1997); in United Kingdom: Oncopsis flavicollis (Linnaeus) ( Chambers, 1955); Oncopsis tristis (Zetterstedt) ( Chambers, 1955).
Natural enemies. In United Kingdom A. jurineanum can be parasitized by Ismarus halidayi Förster ( Diapriidae View in CoL ) ( Olmi, 2000a).
