Description of Female. Fully winged; length 3.6 mm. Head black, except mandible yellow, with teeth brownreddish, and clypeus yellow-whitish; antenna brown, except segments 1–4 testaceous and segments 7–10 black-brown; mesosoma and metsoma black; legs testaceous, except metacoxa and metafemur black. Antenna clavate; antennal segments in following proportions: 5.5:3.3:8.5:7.2:5.5:4.5:4.0:3.5:3.2:4.3; antennal segment 3 more than 1.5 times as long as segment 1 (8.5:5.5 = 1.54). Head shiny, completely reticulate rugose; gena not rugose; frontal line complete; POL = 3; OL = 2; OOL = 5; OPL = 4; TL = 5; greatest breadth of posterior ocelli shorter than OPL (1.7:4); occipital carina complete. Palpal formula 5/3. Pronotum shiny, sculptured by transverse keels; pronotal tubercle reaching tegula. Scutum shiny, granulated and reticulate rugose. Notauli incomplete, reaching approximately 0.7 length of scutum. Scutellum shiny, reticulate rugose. Metanotum dull, reticulate rugose. Propodeum shiny, reticulate rugose, without transverse or longitudinal keels. Fore wing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; stigmal vein curved, with distal part longer than proximal part (13.5:7.5) ( Plate 12B View PLATE 12 ). Protarsal segments in following proportions: 10:1.5:2:4.5:9. Enlarged claw ( Plate 12A View PLATE 12 ) without subapical tooth and without lamellae, bristles and hairs. Segment 5 of protarsus ( Plate 12A View PLATE 12 ) with one row of 42 short lamellae extending continuously to distal apex; distal apex with two long lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.

Material examined. Type: holotype ♀: CHINA: Zhejiang, Mt. Tianmushan , 16–18.V.1988, Ruyou Guo leg. ( ZJUC) .
