Description of Female. Fully winged; length 3.1 mm. Head black, except mandible testaceous and clypeus brown; antenna brown, except segments 1–2 testaceous; mesosoma ferruginous; metasoma brown; forelegs testaceous; mid- and hindlegs testaceous, except coxae, clubs of femora and tibiae darkened. Antenna clavate; antennal segments in following proportions: 12:5:9.5:7:6:6:5.5:6:5.5:8.5. Head convex, dull, covered with short hairs, reticulate rugose; frontal line complete; occipital carina complete; POL = 3; OL = 3.5; OOL = 8.5; OPL = 7.5; TL = 7. Pronotum crossed by strong transverse impression, shiny, hairy, sculptured by many keels, unsculptured among keels; pronotal tubercle reaching tegula. Scutum, scutellum and metanotum dull, reticulate rugose. Notauli complete, posteriorly separated; minimum distance between notauli much longer than breadth of ocelli (5.5:2). Mesopleura dull, reticulate rugose. Metapleura dull, sculptured by numerous strong transverse keels. Propodeum with strong transverse keel between dorsal and posterior surface; dorsal surface dull, rugose, with few very large areolae (internal surface of areolae rugose); posterior surface of propodeum dull, with two complete longitudinal keels and median and lateral areas granulated and reticulate rugose. Fore wing with two dark transverse bands; stigmal vein slightly curved; distal part of stigmal vein longer than proximal part (11:7); marginal cell open. Petiole long, much shorter than metasoma (9:48). Protarsal segments in following proportions: 13:2.5:3:10:15. Enlarged claw ( Plate 68C View PLATE 68 ) with one row of six teeth and one medial lamella. Segment 5 of protarsus ( Plate 68C View PLATE 68 ) with medial inner band, one preapical lamella and two bristles. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.

Description of Male. Fully winged; length 2.5–2.7 mm. Head black, except mandible testaceous; antenna testaceous; mesosoma black; metasoma brown; forelegs of holotype testaceous, except coxa, club of femur and last tarsal segment brown; mid- and hindlegs testaceous, except coxae, clubs of femora, tibiae and last tarsal segment brown. Antenna filiform; antennal segments in following proportions: 9:4.5:7:7:6:6:6:6:5.5:8. Head dull, completely reticulate rugose; frontal line complete; face without pointed apophysis between antennal toruli; occipital carina complete; POL = 6; OL = 3; OOL = 6; OPL = 5; TL = 5; greatest breadth of posterior ocelli shorter than OPL (3:5). Scutum dull, completely strongly reticulate rugose (rugosities as strong as those of head). Notauli complete, posteriorly separated; minimum distance between the notauli longer than POL (8:6). Scutellum shiny, with anterior half strongly punctate, unsculptured among punctures, and posterior half reticulate rugose. Metanotum dull, reticulate rugose. Propodeum with a strong transverse keel between dorsal and posterior surface; dorsal surface very short, dull, reticulate rugose, with broad areolae, less than 0.5 as long as metanotum (2.5:6); posterior surface with two complete longitudinal keels and median and lateral areas completely dull and reticulate rugose. Fore wing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; distal part of stigmal vein shorter than proximal part (7:11); marginal cell open. Petiole very short, almost absent. Genitalia in plate 69A.
