Description of Female. Fully winged; length 4.4–4.8 mm. Completely testaceous-reddish, except epistomal suture darkened; legs yellow, except clubs of pro- and metafemur darkened. Occasionally mesopleuron, metapleuron and propodeum black; scutellum and metanotum brown; lateral regions of pronotum partly brown. Antenna filiform; antennal segments of holotype of T. carinatus in following proportions: 6:2.5:9.5:13:12:12:8.5:6.5:4.5:5; antennal segment 3 more than 1.5 times as long as segment 1 (30:19). Head swollen, dull, granulated; face with hardly visible irregular striae; frontal line absent; occipital carina complete; holotype of T. philippinus with POL = 9; OL = 4; OOL = 12; OPL = 3; TL = 3; holotype of T. carinatus with POL = 5.5; OOL = 6.5. Pronotum dull, hairy, granulated, crossed by transverse impression. Scutum dull, granulated and usually with more or less numerous weak longitudinal striae and areolae. Notauli complete, posteriorly separated. Scutellum and metanotum shiny, granulated. Propodeum reticulate rugose, without transverse or longitudinal keels; occasionally posterior surface with two complete or incomplete longitudinal keels. Fore wing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; distal part of stigmal vein about twice as long as proximal part (30:15). In specimen from Sabah, Mendolong, fore wing with one dark transverse band. Protarsal segments in following proportions: 32:5:9:26:37. Enlarged claw ( Plate 72B View PLATE 72 ) with two subapical teeth and one row of approximately 23 lamellae (distal lamellae longer than other lamellae); in holotype of T. carinatus distal lamella of enlarged claw longer than in holotype of T. philippinus . Segment 5 of protarsus ( Plate 72B View PLATE 72 ) with two rows of approximately 41 lamellae; distal apex with about four lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
Description of Male. Fully winged; length 1.9–2.7 mm. Completely testaceous, except propodeum darkened. In specimen from Malaysia, near Danum Valley Field Camp, head and mesosoma testaceous-reddish, except face and scutum testaceous. Antenna filiform; antennal segments of very small specimen (1.9 mm) from Malaysia, near Danum Valley Field Camp, in following proportions: 5:3:7:9.5:9:10:9:8:7:9.5. Head dull, completely granulated; frontal line absent; occipital carina complete. Head of small specimen (2.2 mm) from Malaysia, Sepilok Forest Reserve, with POL = 5; OL = 3; OOL = 4; OPL = 2; TL = 2.5. Head of very small specimen (1.9 mm) from Malaysia, near Danum Valley Field Camp, with POL = 5; OL = 3; OOL = 3; OPL = 1; TL = 2. Scutum dull, completely granulated. Notauli complete, posteriorly separated. In small specimen (2.2 mm) from Malaysia, Sepilok Forest Reserve, minimum distance between notauli longer than greatest breadth of posterior ocelli (6:3). In very small specimen (1.9 mm) from Malaysia, near Danum Valley Field Camp, minimum distance between notauli longer than greatest breadth of posterior ocelli (4.5:1.5). Scutellum dull, granulated. Metanotum shiny, unsculptured. Propodeum dull, reticulate rugose. Fore wing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; distal part of stigmal vein longer than proximal part (19:9).
