Head black, except mandible, clypeus and anterior half of face testaceous; ventral side of head black, except a median stripe testaceous; antenna testaceous; prothorax testaceous; rest of mesosoma black; petiole black; metasoma testaceous, except some brown areas on dorsal side; legs testaceous-whitish. In specimen from Indonesia, 05°01.041'S 119°40.622'E, face completely testaceous; in specimen from China, Nanling National Nature Reserve, Arboretum, face black, except anterior margin testaceous. In three large specimens (3.6–4.0 mm) from China, Nanling National Nature Reserve, 8–17.VIII.2010, prothorax black, except pronotal tubercle testaceous. Antenna clavate; antennal segments in following proportions: 10:4:10:7:6.5:7:7:6:6:8.5. Head shiny, smooth, punctate, unsculptured among punctures; anterior half of face rugose; frontal line complete; face with two lateral longitudinal keels near orbits and directed towards antennal toruli; POL = 5; OL = 4; OOL = 5; OPL = 3.5; TL = 3; greatest breadth of posterior ocelli much shorter than OPL (2:3.5); occipital carina complete. Pronotum shiny, smooth, with anterior surface slightly rugose; posterior surface smooth, finely punctate, unsculptured among punctures; posterior surface shorter than scutum (8:12.5), more than twice as broad as long (18:8); pronotal tubercle reaching tegula. Scutum shiny, finely punctate, unsculptured among punctures. Notauli incomplete, reaching approximately 0.9 length of scutum. In specimen from Indonesia, 05°01.041'S 119°40.622'E, notauli incomplete, reaching about 0.7 length of scutum. Scutellum and metanotum shiny, unsculptured. Propodeum reticulate rugose, with strong transverse keel between dorsal and posterior surface; posterior surface with two longitudinal keels and median area shiny, as rugose as lateral areas, with some smooth areas (in two specimens from China, Nanling National Nature Reserve, 8–17.VIII.2010, median area almost completely smooth and unsculptured). Fore wing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; distal part of stigmal vein much shorter than proximal part (5:9). Protarsal segments in following proportions: 8:2.5:2.5:4:16. Protarsal segment 3 produced into hook. Enlarged claw (Plate 37F) with proximal prominence bearing one long bristle. Segment 5 of protarsus (Plate 37F) with basal part slightly longer than distal part (10:7), with two rows of 3–11 + 23–24 lamellae (3 + 24 in holotype) (one of two rows composed of lamellae very slender, similar to large bristles); distal apex with about eight lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
